Machinery Dynamics

A well established approach for engineering systems involves the application of physical laws to derive mathematical models which are then solved in order to study their behavior. These studies provide information for design, control and performance enhancement. The advances in mathematical (specifically in nonlinear dynamics theory) and numerical tools have made the analysis, prediction and control of engineering systems increasingly more accurate. Our effort in machinery dynamics is to understand the complex response of engineering systems and provide guidance for design optimization, efficient control, performance enhancement and fault detection.
