Villanova Center for Analytics of Dynamic Systems (VCADS) focuses on the development of new tools and techniques for analytics of dynamic systems with applications in engineering and medicine. Research aims to determine how best to make use of this data to divine the underlying dynamics for modeling, analysis, diagnostics, prognostics and health management.

VCADS has several faculty associates from the departments of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Sustainable Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance and Nursing. We also have many collaborators outside Villanova University such as Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, United Technologies Research Center, Scripps Institute, etc.
